Amber Nicole Pulda

Amber Nicole Carnes Pulda, 42 , of Parrish FL passed away on September 8,2023.

She was born August 8, 1981 in Carthage, MO. Amber is the daughter of Keith and Linda (Brown) Carnes. She graduated from Carthage High School in 1999. She received a bachelors in business and marketing from Pittsburg State. On April 8, 2010, Amber married the love of her life Earl Pulda. They made their home in Prairie du Chien, WI and later moved to Parrish, FL.

Amber had a very kind caring heart and always willing to help others. Amber enjoyed spending time with her daughter and family, was an avid golfer, loved to travel and spent the last two years of her life living by the beach. She was the director of Carthage Chamber of Commerce prior to moving to Wisconsin and while there was the director of PDRI. Later, became the American Family insurance agent of Prairie du Chein. Once in Florida, she continued her passion for insurance while working for Allstate Insurance.

Survivors include her husband, Earl and daughter Cree of the home; her parents Keith and Linda Carnes of Palmetto, FL; her sister Keri Ralston and her husband Travis Ralston of Carthage, MO, their 3 children; mother in law Joyce Macke and husband LeRoy of Wauzeka, WI; brother in law Lee Pulda and wife Joan of Prairie du Chien, WI, their 3 children; sister in law Deanna Trautsch and spouse Trevis of Prarie du Chein, WI, her one child; sister in law Denise Davis and husband Eric of Lancaster, WI, their 2 children; sister in law Michelle Pulda of Prairie du Chein, WI, her 2 children and multiple great nieces and nephews.

Amber was preceded in death by multiple grandparents, aunts, uncles, a brother in law and a nephew.

A celebration of life will be held in Wisconsin and Missouri at a later date.
