Dustin Lee Horne

Dustin L. Horne, 30, of Bradenton and Myakka City, passed away on October 29, 2018.

He is survived by his Fiance, Brittany Boyd, son, Dustin L. Horne, Jr. mother Tena (Michael) McCallister. stepmother, Tina “TT” Horne, brother; Blaine Horne, sisters; Cheyanne (William) Grimmette, Delainey Peterson. grandmas; Tena “Mema” Whaley and Dede “Nana” Horne, grandparents; Clifford & Linda Bryer, aunts; Stacy (Scott) Young, Shera 'Lala' (Chris) Warren, Alison Bryer, uncle; Jeffery (Shonda) Bryer. in-laws; Bruce (Pam) Boyd, sister in law; Rebecca (Matt) Green, stepfather Jason 'Daddy Jake' Ritter, nieces and nephews; Allison, Bryson, Carrisa, Deagn & Mallory, and many beloved cousins and extended family members.

He was pre-deceased by his dad; Sean M. Horne and Grandpa: Rob “Papa” Whaley.

Dustin loved being a dad, often saying it was Awesome. He allowed his son, Lil D, to cut his hair upon request with a “We're here, Why not?”

He enjoyed hunting and fishing. At a young age, he would tell people he was going to go hunt on rabbit road and would sneak out to his favorite fishing hole before school.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Horse Creek, 8491 SR 64 W. Ona, FL with a receiving of friends and family from 2:00 – 3:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
