Julia Stroke

Julia Feczko (Fecko) Stroke was born on 12/10/1924 and passed away May 17th, 2019 at the age of 94.

She is survived by her sister Margaret Sweeney;  her son Gary Spinks, DDS (Janet); her daughter Kathy Piston, DO (Robert); her stepson John Stroke (Carol); her 10 grandchildren Matthew, Stephen & Elizabeth Spinks; Robert, Michael, Rebecca, Steven & Hannah Piston; and John & Kim Stroke; as well as many extended family members.

Judy was preceded in death by  her husbands, Garth Spinks & Frederick Stroke; as well as her 8 other brothers and sisters, John, Andrew, Joseph, William, George, Ann, Helen & Mary.

Judy was born in Skaneateles, NY, raised her children in Pennsylvania and has resided in Sarasota, Florida for the last 30 years.  Friends and family remember her fondly as a beautiful woman who loved animals, was full of life, and was always there to help those in need.  Judy will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM  Monday, May 20th, 2019 at St. Mark’s Orthodox Church in Bradenton, Florida.

Donations to St. Mark’s Orthodox Church are requested in lieu of flowers.
