She was born to Margaret and George Kilpatrick in 1956.
Cindy is survived by her husband of thirty-eight year’s, Robert Copeland of Bradenton, FL; Daughter, Erika Raynor Meiser (Doug) of Palmetto, FL; Grandson, Ethan Meiser of Tampa, FL; Sisters: Jan Huffstutler (Larry), Dee Boyce (David) both of Live Oak, FL and Kathy Truitt of Bradenton, FL.
