Ann Wheeler

Anna (Tortatice) Wheeler, 89, of Parrish, Florida, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Anna was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, on November 14, 1936, the daughter of the late Jake Tortatice and Ann (Caceci) Tortatice. 

She was the devoted wife of the late James Francis Wheeler Sr., who passed away in 2020. James was born in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, on August 4, 1938, to Clarence Charles Wheeler and Eva May Hunt. 

Anna is survived by her four sons: James Francis Wheeler Jr. of Stockbridge, Massachusetts; Scott Wade Wheeler and his wife, Lisa Jean (Riddle) Wheeler, of Kathleen, Georgia; Samuel Thomas Wheeler and his wife, Margaret (Tart) Wheeler, of Warner Robins, Georgia; and Robert Leon Wheeler Sr. and his wife, Heather (Shultis) Wheeler, of Parrish, Florida.

She also leaves eight grandchildren: Scott Jr., Tami, Jessica, Brandon, Samantha, Sarah, Victoria, and Robert Jr.; and six great-grandchildren: Kenlee, Cameron, Tameron, Orion, Brooke, and Leon James.

Anna will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on through the generations of the family she cherished.
