Charles Joseph Tabbert, passed away on October 26, 2025, in Vero Beach, Florida, at the age of 70. Born on July 20, 1955, in Buffalo, New York, Charles exemplified dedication and excellence throughout his life, both personally and professionally.

With a robust educational background, Charles earned a master's degree that propelled him into a successful career in the semiconductor and fiber optics industry. He rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Sales and Communication, where he was known for his hard work and commitment to innovation.

Charles proudly served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force for 16 years, a period that not only showcased his leadership capabilities but also instilled in him a deep sense of discipline and integrity. His military service remained a source of pride throughout his life.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Charles was celebrated for his great sense of humor and his ability to connect with those around him. His personality endeared him to colleagues, friends, and family alike.

Charles' passion for music was always a big part of his life, as evidenced by leading his band playing keyboards and piano with 3 and sometimes 4 other bandmates.  He also had a passion for flying ultra light aircraft, as he had a pilot’s license in New Mexico and Florida. He accomplished so much in his life and was an adventurous person and musician.

Charles is survived by his brothers, William "Bill" Tabbert, and his wife Kim Tabbert, and Michael Tabbert, three niece's Cathy Tabbert, Tabitha Tabbert, Cindy Hartman, John Astudillo, divorced wife, Tina Tabbert (married for 37 years), two great- nieces and friends who cherished him deeply.

He will be laid to rest with military honors at Sarasota National Cemetery, located in Sarasota, Florida, on November 20, 2025, commencing at 11:30 AM.
