Edward Lewis Eartly
June 29, 1946 — March 9, 2017
Edward L. Eartly, 70, of Sarasota, formally of Illinois, passed away on March 9, 2017.
He is survived by his loving wife; Terri (nee Hritz), 'kids' Nichole and Matt Butterfield, two brothers; Larry of California and Thomas of Georgia, three sisters; Lori of Mississippi, Suzanne (Ray) of Illinois, Gayle (Michael) of Illinois, his beloved pets; Harley and Petey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Edward a U.S. Army veteran, honorably serving in the 5th Calvary and several tours in Vietnam.
He will be laid to rest at Sarasota National Cemetery on March 20, 2017 at 11:00 am.
He will be missed by many.
A Memorial Service will be held in this summer in June. Details will be announced.
