She was born in Jacksonville, Fl and grew up on Anna Maria Island, Fl.

Lucy never had children of her own, but throughout the years, she had lots of fur babies that she loved dearly.

She is survived by her husband Bruce Polinak of Bradenton, her sister MaryAlice Martin (John) of Bradenton, nieces Tami Merrill, of Bradenton, Kandi Donath, of Bradenton, great niece Kaylee Baird, and great nephews, Corey Campbell. Taylor Baird and Cason Donath.
