James’s memory will be forever held dear by his children: James C. Ramsey Jr., Jason Ramsey, Joshua Ramsey, and his dog  daughter Roxi. He was also blessed with daughters-in-law, Christen and Dionne, who brought joy and companionship to the Ramsey family. Each family member was a source of pride for James, and his guidance and encouragement shaped their lives in countless ways.

James’s life was touched by both joys and sorrows. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ferma Ramsey, and by Edna Waddington, who also held a motherly place in his heart. The loss of his dog son, Bodi, was felt deeply by James and the entire Ramsey family.
