Liberty 'Nikki' Perry, 31, of Bradenton, passed away on June 19, 2017.
Nikki is survived by three children; Faithana, Justice and Abigail and her grandmother; Terry Conwell and many extended family members and friends She was predeceased by her parents.
Nikki was born and raised here in Bradenton. She was a loving person with the most beautiful smile.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 5, 2017 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Sutton Park Pavilion, 1036 6th St W, Palmetto, FL
