Lisa Collman, 63, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida.
Born on October 29, 1961, in Detroit, Michigan, Lisa was united in marriage to Michael Collman on July 1, 1995. Together, they faced life's challenges and celebrated its joys, building a family filled with love and support. Her legacy continues through her children Elijah Collman, Alexei Collman, Sarah Roberts (John), and Peter Collman; and through her grandchildren Lulani, Nathaniel, and Latetia.
Lisa's devotion to her family was profound. She cared for her mother Florence Keschl with quiet dedication. She had a close bond with her brothers Mark Keschl and Gary Keschl, as well as her nieces and nephews, her extended family in the Detroit area, and her husband's extended family. As a loving daughter-in-law, Lisa helped support and care for an aging Harold and Elanor Collman for many years until their passing. Though she mourned the loss of her father Lawrence Keschl earlier in life, she carried his memory forward with dignity.
Lisa dedicated her entire career to IBM, beginning as a programmer in 1985. Over the years, she embraced diverse assignments across the United States and Europe, ultimately retiring as Vice President of IBM Global Services. She was admired by colleagues and clients alike for her tenacity, leadership, and unwavering professionalism, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and integrity.
Lisa met life's toughest challenges not with complaint but with grit, humor, and an inner light that never dimmed. She inspired those around her simply by being herself-resilient yet gentle, strong yet humble.
