Norman Lee Thomason Jr

Norman “Lee” Thomason Jr., 62, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 14th, surrounded by his family.

Lee was born on March 7th, 1955, in Tampa, Florida, to Norman Thomason Sr. and Marilyn Thomason (Hall). He later moved to Bradenton with his mother and two brothers.

Lee had a great love of the outdoors and his favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting, and camping.

He is survived by his daughters, Shaelyn Gonzales (Jesse), Leigh-Anne Smith (Scott), Sarah Thomas, and by his son Norman “Tres” Lee Thomason III (Krystal), his thirteen grandchildren, and his brothers, Clyde and Danny.

He was preceded in death by his father, and recently by his mother.

The family is holding a private memorial.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Tidewell Hospice, a compassionate, not-for-profit organization.
