Richard Mark McAteer, 68, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Tidewell Hospice of Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, Fl. “Mark” was born on December 16, 1953, in Fairmont, W.VA. to J. Patrick and Jean Carroll McAteer. Mark is predeceased by his brother, Kevin Patrick McAteer and is survived by his daughters, Katie and Lindsay McAteer, his sisters Cynthia (Dennis) Smith, Mary (John) Cook, sister-in-law Paula McAteer, brother Matthew McAteer, and his Aunt Lois Ann Bruch. Mark is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. No services are scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local hospice.
