Thomas Gabriel Zaleski

Thomas G. Zaleski, 91, of Palmetto, went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2017.

He is survived by daughter; Barbara (Tom) Burnham, brother in law; David (Beverly) Davis, nephews; John Franklin (Jennifer) Burnham, Lil' David Davis, Steven Gasset, niece; Terry Davis, grand niece's Katlyn Joanna, Addison Ann, grand nephew; Ryan Andrew and many grand nieces and nephews.

Thomas was predeceased by his wife; Barbara Zaleski, parents; Staney and Victoria Zaleski, and sisters; Marian, Catherine, and Helen.

Thomas honorably earned his retirement, as an E-7, from the U.S. Army, after 23 years of service. He continued working for 26 years at the postal service until retiring.

He loved golf and played several days a week.

Thomas was loved by many. He is gone but not forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 10:00-11:00am at Shannon Funeral Home, 1015 14th Street W. Bradenton with the Funeral Mass to commence at 11:30am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1505 12th Ave W. Bradenton.

Internment will follow the services at Sarasota National Cemetery with full military honors.
