Velma went home peacefully to be with her Heavenly Father on January 18th 2019.

She is predeceased by husbands; Eugene B Hadley, David Carter and Herbert Fulmer .

Velma survived by Her son E. Blake Hadley II, Jody A. Hadley (spouse) Daughter, Nancy M. Hadley-Bacon and grandson Christopher Bacon.

All are invited to celebrate her life at Christ Episcopal Church 4030 Manatee Ave W Bradenton, FL 34205 on Sat. February 2nd at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her name to Tidewell Hospice of Bradenton or the Humane Society of Manatee County.
