Born in Huntingdon, PA on Nov 8, 1930.
Bill proudly served as a Marine in the Korean conflict.
He was in the restaurant business in Louisville KY.
He moved to Bradenton in 1985 and worked at Port Manatee, retiring from customs and border protection.
He is survived is by his loving children; Steve (Judy) Raker, Karla Menda, David Raker, and Julie Reed, and 3 grandchildren; Nick, Chelsea, and Reagan.
